Let us write another novel. Let us consider this another work of fantasy. We have found, in our past, that writing in a fictional manner, rather than as a documentary makes it more acceptable as well as readable. We don't have to confirm, deny or prove anything. Let the reader believe what they wish.

We have played out many of those roles over the years and the miles. Always we are looking to Learn, Do, Teach as we forever look for that illusive place called HOME.
Read here only for your entertainment. We exist only in our imagination. Some will say "but we remember you" or, "we even have pictures". Better go back and look. You used a digital camera. You will find pictures that never existed, and as such can't be reproduced -only you see them.
What you are ALLOWED to remember is, technically, a glimpse into a parallel universe.
One day we show up. We Rangers call it a class-H crossover. You may call it a wish or a prayer. We say hello (H). We always seem to have many things in common with you, both thoughts and experiences.
Standard practice is to use only one name. It is always easier to leave a single name with the memories. Ever noticed the who's that look on our face? We are always Gemini. Everything else is subject to change depending on mission guidelines, but we keep the duality even when the twins are not identical.
Choose the right 5W for the right circumstance. In the reality you have created, there was a need that required a "somebody else" to solve your problem; or, a subject you needed to learn more about. We Rangers travel between parallel universes to be that somebody else, be it problemsolver or teacher; and, sometimes as a student.
We always leave. Usually it is in the middle of the night or while you are not at home so you will always wonder if we were really here. If you are to be aware of our leaving, we leave near the same time of day and by the same manner in which we arrived, walking or riding a bicycle. We MUST follow the calling.

We're not here to be overly melodramatic; nor do we consider ourself overly paranoid (although the favored time of computing is late nite when one sees a mirrorlike reflection in the window-of-our-mind so its possible to view whats in front and behind at the same time).
We prepare for the future by studying and sharing back-to-the-earth energy solutions and end-of-the-world prophecies.
Me, I'll be happy if the flying saucers re-appear, or I find a portal, before someone pushes a button or dumps a vial in the water. Of course I am optimistic in that the visitors/returnees from "out there" will be more inclined to teach us to build solar-powered tractors on Rigal 7, rather than just fattening us up as another food group (Does anybody remember that related sci-fi story from years ago?).
